Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes perform:

Deadlift x2 reps @ 75-85% of your 1 rep max


Then for time:

30 Back Extentions

25 Air Squats

20 Jumping Lunges

15 Duck Walks with PVC

20 Jumping Lunges

25 Air Squats

30 Back Extentions
