Deuel Vocational Institution reported the passing of retired Associate Personnel Analyst Kathryn “Kathy” Lee Kuehl on Aug. 13. She worked for the department for 35 years.
She was an active member of the California Retirees Association.
An interment and Celebration of Life will be held in Minnesota on Sept. 26.
