Previously on Stoners: Seth’s life gets turned upside down when he exhibits the unstable power of being able to pee fire! And because of this, he’s quickly transferred to a special ‘Powers’ school for kids with unstable powers, where the students are required to suppress their gifts with massive amounts of medical marijuana. Some might see this as a utopian ideal, whilst others view the policy as repressive and taking away civil liberties. Securely in the latter camp is the hyper intelligent, MISTER THINK, and one of his protege’s, the mysteriously powered ANAR-CHICK. So they attack the school to locate a important new power and recruit them to their cause. That important new power being none other than, Seth!
