This morning I was listening to Linda Raschke at
TradeStation's Morning Market Briefing (Live Webcast)
and I must say it exceeded my already high expectations. So, I wanted to search for her work on the Internet and started getting Brett Steenbarger hits; this sent me off on a tangent!
What I loved about about Linda's presentation was her focused simplicity, and of course you find that in Brett's blogs. Also, consider this Bruce Lee's quote,
In building a statue, a sculptor doesn't keep adding clay to his subject. Actually, he keeps chiseling away at the inessentials until the truth of its creation is revealed without obstructions. Thus, contrary to other styles, being wise in Jeet Kune-Do doesn't mean adding more; it means to minimize, in other words to hack away the unessential. It is not daily increase but daily decrease; hack away the unessential.
Here are some Brett Blogs that I found today during my research,
Decision-Making in Trading: How Simplicity Becomes Simplistic
A Key to Executing Your Trades
A Favorite Trading Pattern
If you also want to go on a tangent, on the right side of my blog I set up a Brett TraderFeed blog search.
I think Tradestation is a great platform and Linda will be speaking again. If not a client, you might want to click here.
