After retiring for three years and playing baseball, Jordan made a comback and returned to the hardcourt sporting the most famous Air Jodan made and led the Chicago Bulls to an NBA Finals Championship. Tinker Hatfield, the Nike designer responsible for some many legendary Air Jordans, also returned. And, it will drop in it's original colorway of White/Black/Concord and Royal blue. This shoe was actually inspired by a Mayan sandal. It is 1992 all over again. The snakeskin textured upper that Nike uses on the Kobe VI has literally turned the shoe into a canvas that has been used to create works of art. The Kobe V Bruce Lee is predominately yellow for a reason. There isn't a nicer colorway out there on any signature sneaker. The man is the poster child for the Nike Hyperfuse. When it was first released, the Nike Hyperfuse was dropped in a wide array of colorways. He was the first NBA player to do so. That's right, no limited release here. In addition, there is not a shoe on the market that possesses both the stability and lightweight qualities that a Hyperfuse shoe can provide. And much more accurate. Not only did the the Air Jordan 2 sell poorly upon it's original release, it had a horrible first appearance as a retro. The beautiful elephant print is used on the upper extending from the mid section to the toe box, extending around the entire box. Gold accents are used on the tongue, Air unit, and the old Air Jordan logo. The Nike Zoom Kobe VI was first dropped into the sneaker world in late 2010. But what if this manchild had never been traded?
