1.CONSISTENCY-What ever you are working towards isn’t going to happen overnight.Diet and exercise on a daily basis is the only way.
2.KNOWLEDGE-Do you know what you are really eating?Think that glass of fruit juice will not do you any harm?It’s full of sugar,so have water or a green tea instead,all these things add up over time.
3.BREAKFAST-Make sure you have a good quality breakfast,not sugar infused cereal.Something with a source of protein and essential fats is best.This will keep you satisfied and less prone to snacks.
4.NO ALCOHOL-Sorry,but if you are serious about shredding those pounds,then avoid the drink,or limit it to a rare treat.It’s full of empty calories,impedes body function and fat burning.
5.NO STRESSING-Everyone slips,has something they maybe shouldn’t,but don’t go on the downward spiral.Take note and get right back on the healthy eating.Don’t punish yourself and stress can actually make you retain fat.
6.FUN-If you don’t enjoy yourself chances are you won’t stick to it.Find a form of exercise you like or train with a friend to help with motivation.
8.AVOID PROCESSED FOOD-Theres minimal,if any,nutritional value in these ‘foods’and they are full of chemicals,sugars and all kinds of stuff toxic to the human body.
9.LEARN TO COOK.-Healthy foods don’t have to be plain and boring,get experimenting and learn to make some healthy,nutritious and tasty meals.
10.ASS POWER-Get off yours and make some changes instead of grumbling.
